Customer journey mapping is your opportunity to put the customer front and centre of your marketing communications planning. Through a combination of theory and practical applications, you will learn how to research and understand your target audiences using free and low cost tools, distill the insights and create a strategic customer journey map for your client or marketing team. Customer journey mapping allows a lasting impression on consumers – a tool that helps in customer retention and provides business insights into long-term improvement strategies. 

During the workshop, you have the opportunity to work on your own, or your client’s brief or scenario, so you are both learning and creating marketing strategic planning together. The results are two fold – the creation of new strategic documents in your marketing communication planning, and a new skill for your marketing career. You can learn where to find data to validate or inform your consumer journey; and discover key information to make the best decisions for your brand or business.

Workshop Format & Timings

The workshop is typically delivered face-to-face or virtually via Zoom. Workshop timings are typically one full day of training, or 2 x 1/2 days. Client’s may choose to have half day sessions delivered over consecutive days, or choose longer breaks between training days.
