Work on LIVE briefs and scenarios
In many in house programs we have the ability to work on live briefs. In some instances some media sales people give feedback mid program (over 3 weeks) that sales close based on insights generate, or lessons learned, through the learning program.
During a marketing side learning program we encourage the group to challenge the agency with a tricky question based on a scenario we’ve uncovered. Often times the agency addresses the question and poses a question in response.… “Have you been on a digital training course recently?”
